The Reserve at Bolton Road

The Reserve at Bolton Road is a multi-building affordable apartment development geared to families in the low-income tax credit program. They needed a cost-efficient roofing solution that would deliver excellent value over time and chose asphalt shingles as their roofing system to satisfy those requirements. The project also included shingle roofing on porticos, storage buildings, and garages, and ice and water shielding around the perimeter of each structure.
