The Avenues East Cobb

The Avenue East Cobb got a major refresh, with parts demolished to make way for new construction of two “jewel box” buildings dedicated to restaurants and retail. Construction was completed in 2023 and opened to much accolade. Terminus was contracted by Hoar Construction, who hired us to install an energy-efficient, high-performance TPO roofing system complete with metal trim and coping. Once the initial construction was complete, we had to relocate a cover hole to ensure efficient water drainage before we installed the TPO system.
