We were contracted to do a roof replacement for a historic district of Alpharetta remodel of a popular Spanish restaurant. We replaced the asphalt built-up roof with a water-tight liquid applied roofing system, providing the building with superior protection and a 20-year NDL warranty to extend the value of their investment. Our HS 3200 series silicone roof coating can be applied to most single-ply membranes, smooth surface BUR, modified bitumen, metal roof panel, or exposed concrete. This allows the original roof and insulation to be utilized while still providing a high-performance waterproofing system. By choosing this commercial roofing system, unnecessary waste is kept out of our landfills and drastically reduced the overall cost of the project.
