I just had my roof replaced today and I have to say that this was actually fun to see how quickly, efficiently, and professionally Terminus was with getting my roof replaced! I had the honor of working with Jakob Houwing from Terminus. Throughout the whole process, Jakob was very polite and helpful with explaining the insurance/claims process, the quality and warranty of the shingles used, the day of installation roofing process, etc. No matter what questions I had for Jakob, he was very knowledgeable and gladly answered all of them! All in all, this has been the best experience I’ve ever had working with contractors!!! The whole Terminus team was great to work with, but Jakob was amazing!!!!
Terminus and more importantly my sales rep Marco really delivered. They made the process as painless as it could be and delivered on the installation and follow-up beyond my expectations.
This company and Marco did what you want a roofing company to do – the hard stuff for you. They dealt with my insurance company (USAA) and I never once had to speak to them – that was part of my deal. I’m still in the middle of dealing with a flood claim from last year that I can’t get them to do but Marco took caring of my roofing claim without me even having to speak to them once. He’s a great person to work with and represents Terminus well.
Their crew did out roof (4800 sq ft home) in a day and the interior paint and work in another two.
I’ve recommended them to to 4 other neighbors and I’m hoping they have a similar experience.

Edit: I’m dropping this to a two star rating based on what I’m dealing with now – a sketchy post sales rep who is continuing to try to change my balance outstanding to see if I can get more out of my insurance company. This is literally his text to me:
“ We are still waiting to hear back about the supplement amount that was approved. I wanted to see if you have a revised estimate and also how much the check is for so we know how much needs to be collected. “
The amount to be collected does not vary upon what your insurance company approves. It is 100% based on what services and materials were provided – otherwise, you’re contingent insurance fraud.
Huge shoutout to Brody from mitigation! Me and my grandmother really appreciated the service and expertise from the team. Even with a long drive to and from the house Brody arrived on time each day and made sure the job was done correct and efficiently.
